Review

If you have an Instant Pot, you should get this cook book! The food & drink recipes in this cook book are super easy to follow and require minimal ingredients.

The recipes are nicely organized and laid out, with clear concise instructions. And the book itself is substantial and quality made with thick pages and abundant, glossy. The front material is informative and inspiring. The photos are mouth-watering! The instructions are clear, and the results are always great! The tips are excellent. The physical book itself is of very high quality, with thick pages, easy-to-read type, and gorgeous photos.

These are classic items reformulated in many cases to make it easier to cook for two people. You can try about half a dozen recipes and have found everything to be delicious.

Aside from that there are three things which you can thinks sets this cookbook apart from many others:
1) Many of the recipes include variations effectively adding even more recipes to the total count.
2) They anticipate half used ingredients and offer suggestions! For example, there are some cases where only half an eggplant is needed but the book suggests using the other half for eggplant dip (recipe included, of course). Very helpful to avoid food waste.
3) Most of all you can enjoy the explanation behind how each recipe was created through trial and error. It will give you many insights as to both better prepare that recipe and to experiment in the kitchen on your own.

The guide book that came with the pot was excellent but really did not define some small things but they were big to me. Guide book did not explain natural and quick release.

The book is organized in a way to easily find what you are interested in cooking. Thanks author creating us a book for all of us.
